Wildwood Hotel Under New Ownership

The Wildwood Hotel received new owners as of Feb. 21. It is no longer a bank-owned entity, but will remain an independent operation.

The Wildwood Hotel's General Manager Beth Bigelow said the staff is proud to be the newest boutique hotel under the ownership of Hotelco, a U.S.-based business.

She said Hotelco owns other properties in Hawaii and Colorado, such as Stay Waikiki in Honolulu, HI; Eagle Lodge and Suites in Eagle, CO; and Savannah Suites in Westminster, CO.

"All of us are dedicated to continue to offer the finest lodging, meeting and event facilities in the area," said Bigelow.

She said the local staff looks forward to the positive aspects the new owners will bring, such as getting the hotel's restaurant operating.

The hotel is located at 2801 Fountain Place and has 5,300 square feet of conference rooms, 110 smoke-free guest rooms, a workout area with equipment, pet-friendly designated rooms, free WiFi, family suites, spa suites, indoor pool and 13 miles of jogging and bike paths nearby.

Bigelow also said all arrangements and rates quoted prior to the new ownership will be honored.
