The association's excellence program recognizes funeral homes' staffs who are committed to providing outstanding service to the families and communities they serve, and who are dedicated to achieving the highest professional and ethical standards within the industry.
The Pursuit of Excellence program encourages funeral homes' owners to further the educational and professional development of their staffs, create innovative ideas, and consistently strive for excellence, according to the association's website.
