This week's review round-up is grabbing a booth at China Wok, located on Legends Parkway in Eureka.

"China Wok offers a variety of dishes, including unusual specials like green mussels in black bean sauce, salted pepper calamari and Happy Family, a mix of shrimp, scallops, chicken and beef with a variety of Chinese vegetables. China Wok's food is prepared without MSG and the chicken dishes are made only with white meat."

Mark Jenkens: "Ok, I eat here once in a while, because it's definitely better than most 'fast food' type Chinese restaurants in the area ... the atmosphere is so blah, they need to clean up a little better, and the food is most definitely middle of the road."

GLN: "Excellent food and atmosphere. Service was very fast, and food as good as top rated Chinese in St. Louis. Like the music - joy fm!"

Alan G.: "The hot and sour soup was very good. But when my meal was brought out, It was the most bland food I ever ate!  It barely had any taste to it.  There was absolutely no spice to it at all."

Mike D.: "Great crab rangoons and orange chicken was great and full of flavor. Great fried rice."

Private M. "Pretty decent American style Chinese Cuisine. The service is good and food is typical West County Chinese. We get them to-go sometimes. They do need to turn the AC on in the summer, it can get warm in there due to the way the sun hits the restaurant. The crab rangoon is VERY GOOD!"
