Observed reach in coolers with accumulated water and debris. Repeat violation. 2. Observed microwaves with accumulated debris. Repeat violation. Observed accumulated dirty dishes with food product to be discarded in kitchen and dish areas. Repeat violation.

Observed visible light under back door of establishment. Openings to outside must be protected against outside entry of pest. Must be corrected by next routine inspection. Observed accumulated debris in ice machine. Observed accumulated grease/debris on floors near grill and fryer. Observed accumulated debris in gasket seals of reach in coolers.

Kilderkin's Pub, 108 Hilltop Village Center Drive, Eureka
Inspection Date: July 8 (opening)
Grade: A (99)
Observed gasket seals with accumulated debris. Establishment will have handwashing signs put up by opening. Establishment will add advisory for raw and undercooked foods. 30-day follow up for Hep A records.

Burger King, 235 W. Fifth Street, Eureka
Inspection Date: July 29
Grade: A (98)
Observed chicken stored above turkey burger patties in prep cooler. Corrected on site. Chicken placed on bottom shelf. Observed accumulated grease/debris inside small reach in freezer near fryer. Observed accumulated food debris in microwave. Observed faucet of hand sink not properly functioning. Must be corrected by next routine inspection. Observed faucets leaking in mop sink/room as well as 3 comp sink. Must be corrected by next routine inspection.
