Observed accumulated debris in ice machine. Observed accumulated grease/debris on floors near grill and fryer. Observed accumulated debris in gasket seals of reach in coolers.

Observed faucets leaking in mop sink/room as well as 3 comp sink. Must be corrected by next routine inspection.
