No proof of employee hepatitis a records at establishment. Must show proof by follow up inspection 7/18/13. Observed accumulated debris in refrigerators/coolers. Observed soda nozzles in lobby with accumulated dirt/debris. Observed several mop heads wet and not properly hanging to dry.

Observed accumulated water and dirt in bar area under beer tap.
