Observed accumulated debris on floor of walk in freezer. Observed accumulated dirt/food debris and mold like debris inside prep drawers. Observed accumulated debris on soda nozzles of both soda machines as well as accumulated mold like substance on ice schute of machine in lobby. Observed wet mops not hanging properly to dry.

Observed food items in refrigerator not properly date marked. Corrected on site. Food items date marked. Observed accumulated debris on floors and surfaces near prep sink/table. Observed accumulated debris in microwave. Observed heavily accumulated food and grease debris on floor under stove/fryer. Observed accumulated grease debris on oven/grill hood.
