Offers for BP Station in Wildwood can be Made Online

Patch was sent additional information from the company representatives hired to sell select BP gas stations, including one in Wildwood.

Today, Buchanan Energy representatives announced they are selling 61 gas stations, which located at 2400 Missouri Route 109.

The company coordinating the sales is NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC (NRC). A total of 23 BP-branded stations in metropolitan St. Louis and 38 ExxonMobil-branded gas stations in the Greater Chicago area are available. All of the stations are being sold with a branded fuel supply, according to a statement supplied to Patch from NRC.

Buchanan Energy’s President, Steve Buchanan said in the statement:  “These stores include a number of our prime retail locations and some high-volume stations. We believe they will provide great opportunities for the right dealers or multi-site operators.”

The sale will be conducted using NRC’s “buy one, some or all” sealed bid sale process. The bid deadline for the St. Louis-area stores is Feb. 16, 2012, while the bid deadline for the Chicago-area stores is March 8, 2012.

St. Louis metro-area stations fore sale are in , Ellisville, Webster Groves and Cool Valley, and in the Illinois towns of Belleville, Cahokia, Edwardsville, Fairview Heights, Pontoon Beach and Washington Park.

Denny Ruben, NRC managing director, said in the statement, “The combination of a long-term fuel supply agreement with a leader in the industry and the opportunity for ownership of the real estate makes these very desirable locations for existing operators as well as for new entrants to the industry. Anyone with an interest in either of these markets should take a serious look at the stores in this portfolio.”
