New Details Emerge on Prospective Buyers for Legends Country Club

Following an informational meeting held May 14, the partnership of three companies now estimates that they will re-open the club on June 15.

New details have emerged about the prospective buyers of The Legends Country Club with a re-opening date now estimated for June 15, provided the sale of the business goes through.

Eureka council members Don Beckerle and Shannon Britt attended an informational meeting held at the club by the soon-to-be owners May 14. Beckerle said golfing on the Legends 18-holes could resume as soon as one or two days after it re-opens.

Beckerle also confirmed the partnership that is under contract to buy the property, which consists of NavPoint Golf Group; Jeff Whitfield with Integrated Golf Services in Columbia, Mo.; and Colorado-based Niebur Development.
