Eureka Wine House to Add Outdoor Garden

To expand the eating and seating area, owners of The Eureka Wine House asked for and were granted the go-ahead to add a beer and wine garden area to the side of their existing structure.

Lynn LaVelle, of , received approved Tuesday evening at the Board of Aldermen meeting to proceed with creating a new outside eating spot and wine garden at their 107 S. Central Ave. location.

in Eureka was present to represent the schematics for the addition.

The Wine House entrance toward Central will be closed off. They said plans were to cover the pavement surface, add landscaping, and paint the area."Dueling stages" for entertainment may be created.

All parking then will occur in the back of the building.

A separate request regarding a kitchen and restrooms will be presented to Eureka's Planning and Zoning commissioners for site review.
