Equestrian Center Offers Camps, Lessons, Fun

A Wildwood-based horse center and arena was spotlighted on Fox 2 TV news Wednesday. Consider summer camps and Ladies Nights at Ridgefield Arena.

Gorgeous weather is making many of us in and want to trot outside and enjoy it with our horses. Fox 2 News on Wednesday featured a local horse arena business as a place for upcoming summer camps of a different nature.

For this segment, Fox 2 reporter Angie Mock was taught how to ride at Ridgefield Arena in Wildwood. They touted an equestrian camp as "something different for all ages."

Ridgefield owner Tracey Ryan said two summer camps will be held in June; two in July; and one in August. She said there are English and Western riding options, plus trail riding for those uneasy about jumping with a horse.
