Casting Crowns began as a student worship band in Daytona, FL, in 1999 led by singer, songwriter and youth pastor Mike Hall. It has become one of the Christian music industry’s top groups. The Gospel Music Association 2005 New Artist of the Year, Building 429 took its name from Ephesians 4:29 which reads “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.” The Christian rock band lives the scripture through their uplifting music which has produced hit singles including "Glory Defined," "Above it All," "No One Else Knows," "Listen to the Sound" and "Where I Belong."
  • Tenth Avenue North:  August 11 – Two-time Dove Award winning Christian rock band Tenth Avenue North has had their share of time on the music charts with singles including "By Your Side," "Strong Enough To Save," "You are More" and "Losing."
