Trouble Sleeping? It Could Be Your Mattress!

Consider what's on top of your bed if having trouble sleeping.

If you have been having trouble sleeping, it might be your mattress' fault. If you awake feeling sore, or you toss and turn frequently in the night, you could be experiencing the breaking down of your mattress. 

Depending on what style of mattress you are sleeping on, you may be able to add a latex topper or memory foam topper to your mattress to help add comfort to it. In most cases, this is a good quick fix to any bed. 

If you have a coil spring bed, odds are the support and/or comfort layers have passed their prime. The springs being used these days are made out of the same metal that is used in our cars, because good quality steel is not being produced anymore. It has all gone to light-weight metal, which does not hold up.

In my opinion, switching to an Adjustable Air Bed is a great option.
