Eureka Fire Department Outstanding Response

We were concerned that there was a natural gas leak somewhere in the house.  We called the Eureka Fire Department to ask if the right step was to contact them first.  They said "absolutely" and were at our home with a team quickly—even though we called the non-emergency number.  They thoroughly checked everything until they had exhausted every possibility.  We were greatly impressed with their professionalism, their desire to be of service, willingness to spend an extensive amount of time until the job was done and the wonderful way they related to us as members of the community.  Our community is blessed to have them.
