Get Out: Things to Do Weekend of Feb. 3-6

Looking for fun, interesting activities and events to take in, and to get out of these snowbound days?

1. MARTINI THURSDAYS AT MICHELLE'S CAFE

Where/When: Michelle's Cafe; Thursday, Feb. 3, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Why Go: It's Thursday, which means it's almost the weekend, so bring a friend and get two-for-one martinis from a select menu and get ready for the weekend!
Pricing: Two-for-one Martini's (pricing varies)

2. FIRST FRIDAY COFFEE CLUB

Join other business executives for coffee and networking! Bring lots of business cards!!
Where/When:  M & I Bank; Friday, Feb. 4, 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Why Go:  Get out and do some networking, and don’t forget to bring  your business cards!!
Pricing:  Free

3. CHILDREN'S ART AUCTION

Where/When:  Wyman Center; Saturday, Feb. 5, 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Why Go:  Get out to see some wonderful children's art while at the same time you will be benefitting the Family Enrichment and Resource Program in Eureka!
Pricing:  The cocktail reception is $12 and includes wine, beer, beverages and hors d'oeuvres.

4. HIDDEN VALLEY'S POLAR PLUNGE (Wednesdays through Sundays have different times; due to recent inclement weather, check to see if the ski club is open each day)

Where/When: ; this weekend, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Why Go: So you can brag to your friends how you went sliding down a 1200-foot long slope and had the best time ever!
Pricing: $26 to $30

5. RJ's DOUBLE SIX RESTAURANT & SPORTS SALOON
