Chuck Graces BBQ Bash in Big Way

Clydesdale horses related to a famous St. Louis brewery still send a thrill throughout audiences.

Clydesdale horses are known for their large presence, but "Chuck" reminded all just how stately the breed is in-person as he was walked down the roadway of Sunday during his visit to the .

Chuck is an 8-year-old draft horse who made an appearance as a Budweiser Clydesdale. The Clydesdales used to promote Budweiser beer must stand 18 hands, or about 6 feet, at the shoulder and weigh between 2,000 and 2,300 pounds.

He was very well-behaved among the commotion that accompanies large crowds.

The Budweiser Clydesdale Stables in St. Louis are home to approximately 25 Clydesdale mares, geldings, stallions and foals. Anheuser-Busch, now known as Anheuser-Busch InBev, has one of the world's largest herds of Clydesdale horses with more than 200 nationwide, according to the Grant's Farm website.

The Budweiser Clydesdales were first introduced to the public on April 7, 1933, to celebrate the repeal of Prohibition. They became fixtures in Super Bowl football commercials through the years.
