Found a small black and brown dog in Eureka wearing a gray sweater

We found a small black and brown dog miniature pinscher or chiwawa mix maybe?   He was very scared and freezing and was under our truck yesterday 1/6/2014,  We got him inside warming up. He seems pretty friendly and was wearing a gray and yellow sweater shown in the pictures.    Found in the Hilltop area of Eureka 314-258-6686
