DESCRIPTION:The Eureka Parks and Recreation Department needs your help to
  obtain action photographs of kids and adults enjoying our programs and 
 City parks.&nbsp\; This contest is for amateur photographers only.&nbsp\
 ; Kids are encouraged to enter photographs as well.&nbsp\; Pictures must
  be taken in one of the City-owned parks or during a Parks and Recreatio
 n event.\nYou may submit as many photographs as desired.&nbsp\; Prizes w
 ill be awarded to the 1st\, 2nd and 3rd place winners.&nbsp\; Selected p
 hotos will be used in future marketing materials for the City of Eureka 
 and the Eureka Parks and Recreation Department.&nbsp\; Photographs must 
 be submitted\, with the completed entry form by June 20th.\nPhotographs 
 and entry forms can be e-mailed as an attachment to&nbsp\;mbiedenstein@e
