Margaret Reavy, 53, of Wildwood, was transported Friday evening by a Staff for Life helicopter to University Hospital in Columbia due to serious injuries she sustained after two boats collided at 9:53 p.m. at the 4-mile marker of the Main Channel in Osage Beach, according to an article published by Lake NewsOnline. The article referenced information from the Missouri State Patrol Marine Division.

Reavy was a passenger in a 2008 Bennington tritoon driven by Daniel Reavy, 49, also of Wildwood, according to the article.

The accident occurred when a 2000 Sea Ray runabout driven by Thomas Rainey, 59, of Lee's Summit, MO, ran over the top of the tritoon boat nearly head-on.
