Wildwood now passed Sweet Sixteen in years as a municipality, enabling city residents, friends, buisness managers and first responders on Saturday to celebrate the city's 17th year since incorporation on Sept. 1, 1995.
Wildwood Mayor Tim Woerther said estimated crowds this year for the event was 5,000 coming and going throughout the day from 10 a.m to 5 p.m. Activities include a parade, expanded Farmers' Market, fire and police exhibits, pony rides, bounce houses, vendors, carriage rides, bands, vintage car show, face painters, balloon artists, dance exhibition and food and beverages.
