Owners of Creative Expressions Learning Center, located at 76 the Legends Parkway, used to have a second location at the building shown in this article. The vacant building is located at 600 Top Notch, and is behind Fire Master on Fifth Street.

Patrick Driscoll, the real estate agent representing the Top Notch property, said the location has been used a preschool center for 20 years. He said Creative Expressions also operates another preschool in Festus.

With its large outdoor play area, Driscoll said the sale price of the vacant property is $1.2 million. It also is available to lease.

He said they are working on getting another business into the building.
