Eureka driver Patricia Wehner, 56, was westbound on Missouri Route 30 in her 2008 Chevrolet Equinox when a northbound driver from Dittmer made a left-hand turn in front of her onto Valley Dell Drive. The front of Wehner's Equinox struck the passenger side of a 1998 GMC Savana driven by Rhonda Perry, 48.

The left rear side of Perry's van then struck the front driver side of a 1995 GMC Vandura being driven southbound by Brian Fueller from Fenton, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report.

Wehner was transported to St. Clare Hospital by a North Jefferson County EMS crew, for what was deemed minor injuries.

All three drivers were wearing seat belts, according to the accident report.
