Louetta West died Sunday at age 84. She formerly lived in Valley Park but most recently resided in Carrollton, TX.

She was the sister of Marjorie A. Williams (nee West), Marie Schafroth (nee West) and Shirley M. West, the late Thomas K. West Jr. and Barbara J. Smith (nee West). She is the daughter of the late Thomas Kelsey West Sr. and Emma Alice West (nee Small).

She retired from SouthWestern Bell in 1983. She spent many months in her mountain cabin in Cuchara, CO. She was a life member of The Telephone Pioneers.

Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Schrader Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway in Ballwin. A funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Schrader. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Omaha For Boys or Calfarley Boys Ranch.
