Final List of Candidates Ready for April
Here's an update regarding all candidates who have filed for April 3 elections. Also, Wildwood hosts a redistricting meeting this evening at 6:30 p.m.
As a service to Eureka-Wildwood Patch readers, Patch first offered a snapshot on Dec. 14 of the municipal races affecting Eureka and Wildwood residents: April Election Status for Districts.
Then Patch provided a preholiday update on Dec. 23: Candidates File for April.
Now here's a final look at candidates who filed by the 5 p.m. deadline on Jan. 17.
ROCKWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT (a total of two board of directors will be elected for three-year terms each):
- Geoff Rigabar of Wildwood
- Victor Hieken of Ellisville
- Sherri L. Rogers of Chesterfield
- Jennifer Kelly of Chesterfield
- William (Bill) Brown of Eureka
EUREKA BOARD OF ALDERMEN:
Terms for three of Eureka's board of aldermen are up in April:
- Bob Berry, Ward 1
- Robert "Bob" Kee Jr., Ward 2
- Don Beckerle, Ward 3
All three incumbents filed for re-election.
Margaret "Maggie" Kloeppel also filed for Ward 3.

Editor's Note: Terms of the current board of directors for all three fire districts for Eureka and Wildwood areas — Eureka Fire Protection District, Metro West Fire Protection District, and Monarch Fire Protection District — are NOT up during 2012.

A Candidates Forum for Rockwood School District Board of Education candidates will be held on March 6 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Crestview Middle School in Ellisville.
