Eureka Man Arrested on Suspicion of DWI

The same man had a recent traffic violation charged by St. Louis County Police Department officers.

A Eureka resident, Robert Ossenfort, was arrested by Jefferson County Sheriff's Department in Byrnesville on Nov. 3 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, according to St. Louis County Police Department officer Randy Vaughn.

Then St. Louis County police officers stopped the 44-year-old Eureka man on Nov. 5 for a traffic violation (failure to obey a traffic device), and he was charged with a Failure To Appear (FTA) violation.
