Mallory Proffer, a Eureka High School student, was named co-freshmen of the year for the Suburban West All Conference Women's Basketball Team. Proffer shares the honor with Lindbergh's Kavita Krell.

Eureka's Head Women’s Basketball Coach James Alsup relayed good news for two other players as well.

Hannah Finley, a 5-foot-10-inch senior at Lafayette High School in Wildwood, was named to the first team of the Suburban West All Conference Women's Basketball Team, as well as was Eureka's Lindsey McCoy, a 6-footer junior.
