Domestic Violence, Protection Order Violation Handled by Eureka Police

POLICE LOG: Eureka Police Department officers also worked the scene of two tractor trailers colliding between Oct. 1-7. And who took money from the car wash?

 

Following are recent incidences handled by Eureka Police Department officers:

Money was reported as stolen from a change machine at the Eureka Self-Service Car Wash located at 2555 Sommer Lane on Oct. 1.

Police processed warrants for arrests at the police station on Oct. 2 and 3.

Drivers of two tractor trailer collided on eastbound Interstate 44 near Williams Drive on Oct. 3.

Police and the Eureka Fire Protection District firefighters worked the scene when a moving truck overturned on Oct. 3 at Legends Parkway/Eagle Point Landing. See previous Patch article: Moving Truck Overturns in Legends Parkway in Eureka

An order of protection was violated at a residence located on Weber Drive, so police were called in on Oct. 3.

A Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) charge was made on Interstate 44 East and Williams Road on Oct. 4.

An incidence of domestic violence occurred at Legion Park on Oct. 6.

Property at Eureka High School was destroyed on Oct. 7.
