Cuba Man Charged with Sexual Misconduct in Eureka
Eureka Police Department officers said the man was exposing himself in the local Walmart parking lot.
A Cuba, MO, man has been charged with second-degree sexual misconduct in a Sept. 17 incident in the Eureka Walmart Supercenter parking lot.
Eureka police said in a report that a witness saw Michael Lumley, 54, of Cuba, MO, exposing and touching his genitals in his vehicle while parked in the parking lot. Charges were filed by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s office March 30.
Lumley has a previous conviction of sexual misconduct in 2002 in Franklin County. Second-degree sexual misconduct is classified as a class A misdemeanor.
