Copper Stolen from Greensfelder Park, Other Crimes

POLICE LOG Dec. 10-16: This past week, St. Louis County Police Department-Wildwood (6th) Precinct officers handled drug violations and several cases of theft, including a U.S. flag.

 

Following are recent incidences handled by St. Louis County Police Department-Wildwood (6th) Precinct officers:

Dec. 10:

An accident occurred at the 400 block of Missouri Route 109; no injuries resulted.

Dec. 11:

An accident happened on Old State and Chimney Farms; no injuries resulted.

An unknown person broke a window of a vehicle at Rockwoods Reservation and stole a purse. Police indicate the purse later was recovered in Eureka.

Dec. 12:

An unknown person stole copper from the St. Louis County Radio tower facility in Greensfelder Park.

An accident happened on Wild Horse Creek and Wild Horse Valley; no injury resulted.

Dec. 13:

A driver left the scene of an accident involving a parked vehicle on Sandalwood Creek.

A traffic stop on Eatherton and Manchester ended up with a drug violation being issued.

An accident happened on Missouri Routes 100 and 109; no injuries resulted.

Dec. 14:

A pedestrian check was conducted on Manchester and Pierside where a man was found with a drug violation.

Dec. 15:

A motorist left the scene of an accident after hitting a mailbox on Old Hollow Court. The motorist was later found, and issued summonses.

Another driver left the scene of an accident on Missouri Route 109 and Emerald View Parkway.

A person was arrested for trespassing at a residence on Hickory Crest.

A resident's U.S. flag was stolen from the front of his house on Westglen Farms.

Dec. 16:

An accident occurred with a driver suspected of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) on Missouri Route 109 and Persimmons. Warrants to be applied are for assault and DWI. The accident resulted in injuries.

Police received a call about minors drinking on Vintage Ridge at a residence.  Five underaged people were issued Minor in Possession of Intoxicating Liquor.

A person was arrested and charged with DWI on Missouri Route 109 and Highway BA.

Stealing of fuel is being investigated from a company on Centaur.

A bicycle was abandoned on Golden Cherry.
