Dr. Jamie Haas Named to Sleep Review’s Best Sleep Doctors of 2012

Patients First Health Care Sleep Center in Washington, Mo. has been granted reaccreditation for the next five years from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM).

The AASM Standards for Accreditation of Sleep Centers, and the guidelines incorporated in them, were developed by sleep medicine specialists whose knowledge enables them to tailor the requirements for the unique evaluation of sleep disorders patients. Areas in which centers must demonstrate compliance to earn accreditation include personnel; policies and procedures; data acquisitions, scoring and reporting; patient evaluation and care; and quality assurance.

Patients First neurologist and sleep medicine specialist, Dr. Jamie Haas was recently named to Sleep Review’s Best Sleep Doctors of 2012. Dr. Haas was featured in the journal for sleep specialists’ annual profile of some of the industry’s top sleep doctors and facilities.

Patients First Sleep Center provides comprehensive services related to the diagnosis and treatment of all types of sleep problems, including sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, and restless leg syndrome. The Sleep Center is one of a few centers in East Central Missouri authorized to provide services to adults and children ages five and older.
